Championship Tournament Help needed!
We are seeking people that are “Doers” to help with making each of the District Championships happen – and put on an overall higher quality, better event.
Here are the different places that we need help for each of the events – let me know if you can help and in what capacity
1. Volunteer Food Logistics
2. Team Food Sales Logistics
3. A/V Coordination Overall (Streaming support?)
4. Key Volunteer Recruitment and Communication
5. General Volunteer Recruitment and Communication
6. Graphics / Signs / Banners
7. PR / Media / Social Media (twitter, FB, flickr, etc)
8. Opening Ceremony “Pomp” and Speaker
9. Closing Ceremony – Recap / Highlights Video
10. Registration & Team Communication
11. Tournament Program Book (using MS Publisher)
12. Printing & Supplies
13. Team Buttons
