  Business Models Inc.\, an international innovation strategy firm\, to pil
 ot this workshop to a small group of FIRST teams.  Playing At Learning is
  excited to support this pilot here in the hub of innovation\, Silicon Val
 ley.\n\nThe workshop will help the team learn how to think in a revolution
 ary way that can be applied when you design and ideate.  You will work in
  a small group to apply skills learned to a set of activities specially de
 signed by DB Schenker\, a global transportation and logistics service prov
 ider.   You will gain an understanding of how this groundbreaking thinki
 ng can be applied to high-tech\, other complex industries…and yes\, your
  own team’s work.\n\nYour workshop journey will include learning these t
 ools:\n\n 	Empathy Map to understand the thoughts and feelings of your cus
 tomer.\n 	Customer Journey of insights into how a customer experiences a p
 roblem.\n 	Value Proposition of the pains and gains (ambitions) of your cu
 stomers\n 	Business Model to understand your business in a straightforward
  way using 9 building blocks.\n\n\nWorkshop Logistics:\n\n 	No Cost - all 
 materials are provided\n 	Sunday 1/21\, 1pm – 4pm\n 	@ The Play Space
