FLL Team 53301 Gen Bots and FTC Team 12635 Kuriosity Robotics are hosting a SUPERPOWERED FLL Challenge SCREAM’MAGE on Sunday, Oct 30, 2022, at Los Altos Library.

My son who is lego/First program enthusiast and had taken summer camp for this years game is looking forward to join some team and make active contribution. I saw an FLL table being thrown away near the Saratoga Library (Saratoga Avenue exit off of Highway 85). It looks in good condition. If you are willing to drive by and grab it tonight leave a message and I’ll tell you how to find it. The large-item garbage pickup will be some time Monday or Tuesday so you need to be quick.

1) What is the color sensor reading specifically?

2) What is the color sensor comparing values to?

3) How does the color sensor know what is 0 or 100% reflected light intensity?

4) What environmental factors on the robot, attachments or in the room, could be affecting light?

Try using “on for seconds” mode instead of rotations or degrees in move steering block. I think misbehavior is caused by the occasional malfunction of motor rotation sensor.
