What is it about hotmail accounts?

I have noticed a large number of seemingly “fake” users with hotmail email accounts already on this site. sigh. If you see any ads or similar items that don’t belong here, please send me an email and I will delete the user as soon as possible. jillw at playingatlearning (it is an org).
